Rules #3 doesn't (yet) work in the beta's of PGV 4.0 ... see the "Version 4 Bugs" reports.
There's also an issue with media in FAMily records disrupting the working of rules #1, #2 & #3.

A lot of good information here. But...the structure needs some work--it is too hard to follow. Thanks, it is a very good start.
