User List

User list displays a list of ALL users registered on the system, and allows to Edit, Delete and Send Message to selected user. The screen has the following active functions:

User list

Edit

Opens the User Editing Screen

Send Message

Allows you to send a message to this user

Delete

Deletes the user (with warning and request for confirmation)

Add a New User

Opens a blank User Editing Screen

Back To User Administration

Returns you to the User Administration screen

The list also the displays the following information:

• User Name
• Full Name (as a concatenation of First and Last name)
• Users preferred language
• Privileges (click the + sign to expand for one user, or globally in the header)
• Date registered
• Last login
• User verified himself (or admin did it for him/her)
• User approved by Admin
