Standard Header For Custom Welcome Text
If you decide to write your own Custom Welcome Text, you can choose to display a standard header. When your users change language, this header will appear in the new language. If set to Yes, the header will look look this:
   Welcome to this Genealogy website
   Access is permitted to users who have an account and a  password for this website.
