In this example, the name Kwong is the family name and Sue Duk is the given name. In regular Chinese usage he would be known as Kwong Sue Duk.
Create or edit the name in the normal manner.
Note how the "Name" has been populated automatically and is not editable. Also note that the surname has been enclosed in //.
Hit the small edit button to the right of the Name. This makes the field editable so we can change it directly.
Keep the surname enclosed in //.
Save the name as normal.
This also works for other fields that are like NAME and include a compound of family and given name data - ROMN and _HEB.
