Add files and settings for a new language

This routine lets you add a new, previously unavailable and completely unsupported language to PhpGedView. After adding the new language, you will need to translate PGV into the new language using Translator tools

You can set up the standard settings of the new language: language detection code, language direction, start of the week for this language, time settings, alphabet, etc. Selecting the language and clicking the Add new language button will open the new language Configuration Page, where you can edit the configuration parameters.
