Added the "Download Gedcom" step. It is good practice to have a backup copy handy anyway. It turned out that my 4.1 version did not correctly update the Gedcom file with Media objects, and after re-import I lost about 50% of my Media references (not Media files, but Media Objects). Fortunately I had a freshly Downloaded Gedcom that saved the day.

Added "Save the GoogleMap API" step = the Google Maps will stop working after upgrade and need reactivvation with original key.

Added "Re-activate modules" step - some modules (Google Map, Message Forum.. do not work after upgrade. I am lookig for Wiki documentation on upgrading PunBB (there is an istallation article [[How to install PunBB Forum]]).
